We developed our pairing process to easily pinpoint the optimal candidate for your company's specific demands.Once you are successfully registered on IMO as a Client, you can explore the list of available interns and choose the intern(s) that best suits your company’s needs. After which you will book a meeting where you will meet and interact with the chosen intern(s) to assess their suitability for the position. Within 24 - 48 hours, you will be able to meet the right talent for your project. You can now start working on projects with your intern(s) and manage them on your dashboard.

Our interns are trained & vetted fresh graduates with 0–2 years of experience, ready to work for clients remotely. Some interns have previous professional experience, while others are just starting their careers and are excited about their first professional opportunity.

However, our rigorous vetting process guarantees all interns possess versatile employability skills that are applicable across various industries, and they demonstrate a strong command of the English Language.

No, there are no limitations to the number of interns you can hire. We believe your requirements are dependent on the needs of your organization, and IMO is designed to accommodate your requests.
The internship is designed for 12 months. However, the initial contract is for 3 months and you can cancel with a month's notice.
